AVM Global Alliance Members Combined Turnover Now Exceeds One Billion Dollars

Audio Visual Machines (“AVM”), one of the UK’s leading Audio Visual and Video Conferencing systems integrators, continues to expand its Global Alliance network of Partners.

Members of the AVM Global Alliance have group sales of over one billion dollars. It is AVM’s intention to appoint additional Partners to ensure global coverage for sales and service of both Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions to global organisations.

The latest members of the Alliance are AVI-SPL, Optima and Omnix Media Networks. AVI-SPL is the result of a recent merger between the two leading audio visual system integration firms in the US. Optima is a leading Russian IT and infrastructure solutions provider and Omnix is the leading AVSI in the Middle East.

Audio Visual Innovations, Inc. (AVI) began operations in 1979 and Signal Perfection Ltd. (SPL) in 1992. Both organizations quickly became respected as the leaders in audio, video and collaborative communication solutions. Supported by equity financing from Silver Lake Sumeru, AVI-SPL is a result of a merger in 2008 between these two AV system integrators.  AVI-SPL has over 1,200 staff 43 offices in the US and clients including American Airlines, IBM and Microsoft.
