AVM has been successfully certified to install and maintain Polycom's telepresence products through the company's service partner programme, a service authorisation programme which sets standards for partners who provide services and support to customers as they integrate voice, video and data into core networks.

 

AVM has also been certified as a Tandberg platinum partner, this status is the highest level of partnership that AVM can receive. As a platinum partner, AVM had to provide training, customer support, facilities, volume of business and close working partnership with the company on all customer accounts.

 

AVM has also been certified as an accredited service partner by Tandberg. In order to achieve this authorisation, they had to undergo audit measuring its competency and ability to deliver Tandberg branded services.
