April 2011 - AVM buys VC-NET

AVM has bought VC World Ltd (trading as VC-NET), this is AVM’s seventh acquisition in the last six years. The acquisition adds capacity and specialist networking skills to AVM’s managed video conferencing and telepresence services. 

VC-NET also adds audio and web conferencing to AVM’s portfolio. VC-NET has been operating for 11 years, providing audio and video conferencing systems to a UK blue chip client base.
