April 2011 - AVM Acquires VC-NET 

AVM, the largest audio visual system integrator in the UK has acquired VC World Ltd (trading as VC-NET). VC-NET is a leading provider of managed video services in the UK.

This acquisition enhances AVM’s managed video conferencing and telepresence services by adding capacity and specialist networking skills. VC-NET also adds audio and web conferencing to AVM’s portfolio. VC-NET has been operating for 11 years, building an enviable reputation providing audio and video conferencing solutions to a UK blue chip client base.
